What Causes Swelling In The Knee?

I have had for almost a week now,a swollen knee,as well as the bottom of my foot.(all on right leg) I want to go back to work,but I cannot seem to press on the break petal hard enough to stop vehicle. I did have MRI done,and at least found out it is not broken.

You have problem of swelling at knee that may because of injury to knee.Injury at knee cause knee effusion.

Swelling of bursha may cause this problem.
Proper physical examination and investigation helpful for diagnosis..
