What Causes Swelling In The Left Feet?

Doc. I have swelling in my left feet .I have done X Ray and Blood Test . X-report is normal but in Blood test my E.S.R. counting is 95.My Residential Medical Officer gave me , moxclav 1000 + evion 200 + ranitidine + sporlac and Oflox 400 tab.I am taking this medicine since last two days but still I am having fever and swelling is there.Should I change the antibiotic? ( I m 35yrs old female)

NO need to worry . ESR count is high that means you r having infection some where in ur body , antibiotic course has been started . continue the whole course . and then see the results.
