What Causes Swelling In The Left Side Of The Chest With Quickened Pulse ?
PLEASE I WANT WHAT COULD CAUSE A SWELLING ON THE LEFT PART OF THE CHEST . Dear doctor , u am Reginald by name and i am 26 years old. i have been having this terrible anxiety for a about 10 years now. ever since i noticed it, my chest started swelling up to the stage that it pains me so bad now and i always have blooding flowing heavily into my heart anytime i remember something.

You are feeling swelling of chest. Swelling of chest is just broad things. Perticular which part of the chest you are feeling swelled up? over your ribs.. or over sternal portion(the mid bone) . if it is on side of ribs may be costo chondritis.. if it is paining on sternal area then may be oesophagitis. if there is any remarkable swelling then you must have severe pain and rise of temperature. you are telling blooding flowing .. that what i understand you are tryting to say more heartbeat due to more blood flow.. right. any severe anxiety will cause morte palpitation because of cortico steroid secretion from your supra renal gland. In severe anxiety a person will fel many vague symptoms like pain any organ though there is no pain, fear of attacking any disease etc.
Please try to manage your anxiety by improving your will power. yes i know it is not easy but still you try to some extent
