What Causes Swelling In The Leg And Ankle?

Hi there ,I have a knee injury and have had swelling in the entire leg and ankle, I have also just got a red face! I had a er visit day before yesterday with an ultrasound and xray that was normal.today I had an MRI no results yet. just wondering if this could be a Delayed reaction to Retuximab infusion a week ago? Also had a cortisone injection

itcan be thrombophlebitis. no such test is requered except local examination by surgeon. can take x-ray knee joint crepe bandage can be applied and raise the leg with pillow at bedtime avoid cortisone injection
