What Causes Swelling In The Legs After Missing A Few Levothyroxine Pills?

I am a 43 yr old female. And I currently take pradaxa for a blood thinner levethrooxyn for thyroid leapt,welebutrin, valium and addrell for bipolar disorder. I forgot to take meds for couple of days I noticed my get and legs were swelling and started my meds again. I have also been having issues with the bottom of my feet tingling and somewhat painful when I step and various times on and off my fingers and lower arms get the same easy. Earlier tonight I realized I didn t take my 2nd blood thinner and asked friend to grab one for me. Prior to taking pradaxa I was on warfarin for a blood thinner and friend have me a 2mg warfarin. It s been a couple of hours now and I felt the need to cough as it felt like something loose I my throat. When I did cough it was a small bit of blood. I don t have blood I my urine or stool as I ve used the restroom since and it only appears to be when I cough.what do you think it could be and what would you advise me to do
