What Causes Swelling In The Legs?

.My grandson has been in and out of the hospital with swollen leg. The medicines do not work and the condition seems worse and the swelling. He was diagnosed as having cellulitus but I saw on a health program several people with the same complaint but they said they were misdiagnose it was something called, it sounded like, parkwether syndrom. What is this? He has been to several doctors and has no insurance at this time because he can not work.

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
it can be thrombophlebitis or nephrotic syndrome. to be diagnosed so that proper treatment can be advised.
