What Causes Swelling In The Mons Pubis?

I have a painless swelling on my lower area of mons...i had a similar swelling 3 year back on the medial side of my thigh which disappeared within a month without treatment.. I hav had such swellings 7 8 times before which disappear after a month or two... Kindly advise..

Hello,

It could be a local inflammation. As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
