What Causes Swelling In The Nasal Passage And Headaches?
I have chronic sweeping in my nasal passages which has been going on for a year and a half. The swelling causes my eyes to water chronically and at its worst gives me these headaches that cause me to be in bed for days unless I take muscle relaxers and sufdafed. I have had a CT an it showed no serious issues or obstructions such as polyps or deviated septum. I m at a loss for what to do. I also take claritin on a daily basis.

Your symptoms seem to be related to sinusitis. I recommend taking a decongestant. I also recommend using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen three tablets a day. I also recommend to drink liquids.
