What Causes Swelling In The Penis After Intercourse?
I am uncircumcised,i had sex today and now noticing for the first time that my unerected penis is swollen last 8 hours and find myself unable to pull my foresin back to urinate cleanly. I have never had any type of infection,Idont smoke I take 100mg of metortopal 1 a day. Iam 5ft 10 and weigh 230lbs,drink occasionally and cant type ,Iam 62 years old. what is going on and how do ifix my situation ,please advise YYYY@YYYY

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Take antibiotics such as amoxycillin and clavunate combination two times for 5 days. Also take tablet aceclofenic two times.
If there is no relief within 2 days then visit a local doctor and get examined for STD. But, STD is rare possibility here as no STD gives symptoms so early.
