What Causes Swelling In The Right Ankle?

I have my right ankle and foot that is swollen all the time. It has been this way for about 4 weeks. I have not injured it in any way. I have had 5 fusions in my lumbar back and still have severe pain in my lower back and down my right leg to my knee. I don t know if any of this has to do with my back. YYYY@YYYY

itcan be related to spinal surgery.take x-ray ankejoint apply anke cap and take rest. avoid weight bearing. check medication since drug like amlodipine can contribute. renal profile can be done.
