What Causes Swelling In The Stomach After Intercourse?

Please Dr s. This has become issues for me that I don t understand. My first girlfriend was the same way and now this is happening to my current girlfriend. Every time we have sex and I ejaculate inside her two days to three days after that her stomach start swelling it happen first time in my current girlfriend and she drank vinegar and the belly comes down and now again he belly is swelled up again and she s on hcg because we are trying to have a baby Have gone for my semen check the result is accurate she has done ultrasound after she drank vinegar it s clear please help me what do y all think might happen because this is making me worry

Hello,

First, calm down, nothing worrisome has happened to your girlfriend.
Her swollen stomach could be due to:
- foods/drinks she might have consumed causing lots of gas and consequent swollen stomach
- hormonal changes. You say you are trying to have a baby, so, there are certain times, these hormonal changes will increase bloating and make her stomach feel swollen. But nothing worrisome.

Advice to eat healthy. Take folic acid if you try to have a baby and always follow your doctor's advice.
