Hi,

There will always be some difference from one testis to another. If you feel it is very much frank - it can be due to orchitis, hydrocele, hernia or infection. Doing a ultrasound scrotum can help you diagnose it.

Semen - usually it will be thick when you ejaculate, after few minutes, it will be liquefied. Do a semen complete test to know the cause.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
