What Causes Swelling In The Testicle?

I am post vas nine days. Swelling only occurred in right testicle but I feel that is more due to the hydrocele that I have on that side. But as of yesterday I noticed that the vas deferens on the right side has swollen and hardened much more significantly on that side as well. The left is mildly hardened and enlarged but no where near the size as the right. Should I be concerned about this? It isn t causing me any significant amount of pain, it is uncomfortable though. Bruising has occurred on that side as of recently as well, tracing upwards toward my abdominal region.

I appreciate your concern, it is the soft tissues are there and it is highly vulnerable for swelling after the vasectomy second chances of infection is equally high and it need to be ruled out first if it is not the infection then be patience everything will be alright till then anti-inflammatory can be tried like Ibuprofen 400 mg thee times in day, it is may not be the hydrocele and no need to worry about this hope this information helps.
