What Causes Swelling In The Testicles Of A Kid?
my grandson has been pulling on his penis all day saying it was hurting. He is 3. we just checked him and his testicles are very swollen and one is very dark, and has a red area on it, but not like a bug bite. he said it hurts in the general area and it seems to be sensitive to the touch in the entire area by his pelvis. We are taking him to urgent care directly, we live in a very rural area and I wanted to have an idea of what we might be dealing with.

I really appreciate your concern, itching condition of glans could be likely and this could be due to formation of smegma and circumcision is the best option for this, if it is already circumcision done then it could be something else and this may need investigations, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
