My son, age 33 is cognitively impaired... I was noticing that one side of his testicles are quite large . I'm not even sure if they both may be on the same side of the scrotum. He is not complaining of any pain. I don't want to upset him by touching or moving his scrotum around if it 's nothing... How can I know ...as his mother?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
* As there is history of cognitive impairment, along with large testes do not indicate normal physiology.
* In my clinical experience, there sounds to be underlying genetic disorder as Fragile X or others.
Kindly consult him with expert endocrinologist for further guidelines.
