What Causes Swelling In The Throat After Thyroid Removal Surgery?

im 1 moth p.o. left lobe thyroid removed. im sill swollen, and have a constant feeling of my throat feeling full. increase anxiety and depression, left leg twitch , @ 2 weeks p.o. my levels were all normal. i just dont know what is normal. havent seen an endocrinologist, my gynecologist found a lump and sent me straight to a surgeon, i dont know what is normal. help
