12 year old with swollen tongue, "weird to breath" but no obstruction, affecting speech, had double vision, was running laps in the warm and sunny weather. She denies she was given anything or shared anything with someone. Could this be an allergic reaction? Could this have something to do with running in heat?
it could be allergy or inflamatory glositis. dental hygiene is to be checked and check for gingivitis should clean mouth with warm saline mouth wash. apply boroglycerine in tongue and gum. give risoflavin orally. should go for dental checkup.
