What Causes Swelling In The Upper Eyelid After Intercourse?

I m a 37 year old woman. In the last year, I have experienced upper eye lid swelling after sex. It doesn t happen every time, but has become more frequent. It can effect one or both eyes, only begins at least an hour after we re done and is still prominent for about 24 hrs after. I have been having more intense sex (rougher, more orgasms, ejaculation) with my current partner than before. Aside from it being annoying to go to work looking like a bee stung my eyelid, I m concerned it might be a sign of some underlying health issue (although as far as I know I am in good health, including low blood pressure). Please help me understand what could be causing this. Thanks
