What Causes Swelling In Throat With Difficulty In Swallowing?

I can t tell if I have swelling in my throat, but it feels very tight. Occasionally, I have difficulty swallowing. It s mee like I will be eating and my mouth will randomly get to dry to swallow. I have recently begun feeling a plugging sensation in my ears and I had a swollen lymph node in my neck about a month ago. It feels like something is caught in my throat at the bottoms right above my chest. Feels like I should be able to take deep breaths, even though I can. Any idea?

inseviour upper respiratory infection all these problem can manifest. acute pharingitis tonsilitis can cause eustachian tube block.this can obstruct air ways causing difficulty in taking respiration. with warm saline gurgling, antibiotic analgesic and anti histaminic you will improve
