What Causes Swelling In Veins?

i have this condition where my veins started swelling, i wnt to a nearby clinic and ii was told that i was suffering from arthritis,and i was given some medicine to take,i later went to another clinic and i was told that i had brucelocis.now i want to seek a third opinion

* Narrate all your symptoms thoroughly rather than what doctor is telling ,
attach any reports if done for it along with photograph of the swelling in
veins would be appreciable for better precise correlation & judge the further

what are associated symptoms like joint pains , skin changes , associated
illness like Diabetes or other , any pain / itching , if not objectionable alos
