ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding swelling on palate and cheek, though you have enlarged tonsils with white patches over it . Your this clinical history indicates that you are having chronic tonsillitis with sepsis with parapharyngeal abscess. Clinically we call it as quincy.

As you described it is a stage of complication of chronic tonsillitis and here surgery is necessary. So please consult your ENT doctor for the same.

Regards.
