What Causes Swelling Inside The Nose?

Hi, It is nice to have such facility. I have nose problem for the past 15 days. Actually it started from having a little itching in the right ear which got tympanoplasty last year. a month back i got severe pain in the righ teeth portion and my nose was completely blocked and a little inconvenience in the eye portion. Visited ENT specialist he gave some antibiatics initially and in next visit as he obseved red color iin nose ans there was swelling inside the nose. So he suggested xyrolex and duonase. I am usiing it for the past 10 days but observed itis temparay rlief. So what is your suggestion.......please advise me

Dear what is the cause for your nasal block. I think may be due to turbinate hypertrophy or nasal polyps. Some times allergen exposure may gives this problem. Use water vapor inhalation, avoid cool drinks and freeze water. Tab. Moterleukast and levocegrizine at the night. Continue nasal spray. If symptoms not improved consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions please feel free to ask.
