What Causes Swelling, Itching And Burning Sensation In The Lower Arms?

Hi I have problem with my lower limbs, they feel swollen,itchy, burning,pins and needles for number of months now. The lower legs feel so heavy and painfully to walk. The veins are to visible and prominent on the suffice of the skin. I also have fever. This has happened after long hours of walking, day in day out for about 4 hours for few months. I had a feeling at one time as if a blood was pouring down my right leg from behind the knee. And have some sweeling behind the right knee. I had a look at your pictures it does not look anything like that. When I wear compression when walking it feels better.I m allergic to asprin and steroids and don t know what to do.
