I have slightly swollen glands, and my tonsils are red and moderately sore. Talking and swallowing aren't a problem. There is a heavy viscous white mucus in little "packets" on my tonsils. Yesterday I had a high dry fever which is now broken, along with body aches in the shoulders back and joints.

Salt water gargle done three times a day Use hot water for drinking and avoid excess spicy foods White dot can be seen in tonsilitis If inflammation severe and not relieved by antihistaminic drug than steroid low dose can be prescribed for five days Take care Consult physician or otorhinolaryngologist for examination with keeping all this in mind
