What Causes Swelling Of Bottom Lip?

In the last month, my bottom lip has randomly swollen up. It usually happens in the morning and only lasts an hour or so, then completely disappears. It's on my bottom lip, in the middle and comes up and feels like a fever blister in high speed. There are no other symptoms. Recently it happened in the restaurant before we ate and was almost gone by the time we left.
