What Causes Swelling Of Ear Lope?

Yes, my ear lope has been swelling due to fluid build up. I have been to an ear specialist three times now and they have cut , and stitched it, so it could drain three times already but it just swells back up with fluid each time. I have been on antibiotics and it doesn t seem to be getting any better. They think the cause if from a spider bite.

If it is gets up filled up again at same position, may be there is some cyst which needs complete excision including its walls all around. incision and drainage alone won't help. Take antibiotics let the infection settle down. then go for excision.
