What Causes Swelling Of Epidermis And Pain In Testicles?

Hello several months ago I was feeling sore in what I think was my vas deferens area slight pain on both sides suddenly one day my vas deferens felt like it was severed internally what followed was a slurp sound in my chest area and sudden pain in my left testical. shortness of breath and stress would hurt my chest it has been since Feb. this year chest symptoms have gone (I believe was a mild heart attack ) My testical still feels strained and at half erection during sex is very uncomfortable. I have examined my self and my epidermis is swollen on left side after some research I believe it to be epididymitis any info or help would be great yes I know I need to go to doctor for tests

Hi,Good Evening.Thanks for the query to HCM.I studied it in depth and I understood your health concerns.
-Causes and Treatment-for swelling of epididymis and pain in testes-
1- Mostly it appears to be -Epididymitis with-handling vaso-vagal pain with missed heart beat and chest- discomfort with lot of organ-anxiety.
2-Causes of Epidydimitis -are-TB-epdidymitis?Filariasis?Bacterial ? Viral?
3-I would advise you to consult a Surgeon who would fix the cause from any of the above and would treat it accordingly.
4-Dont get scared and uneasy,but be cautious and act fast.
