What Causes Swelling Of Face And Dullness?

i have swelling problem,my face looks so puffy,had undergone various treatment but couldnot be diagonsed with anythng,face looks dull & large because of the swelling,recently i was advised to have lasilactone-50,kindly suggest if regular intake of medcne is good or is there any side effect realted to the same.
