What Causes Swelling Of Face, Around The Eyes And Fingers And Left Leg?

I have a lot of road puffy swelling just above my collar bones on both sides of my neck. Also in the left side there is a lump about the size of an olive. It s not painful. Also have swelling in my face especially around the eyes, sometimes it s in my fingers and hands and most of the time its in my legs from the knees on down and especially in my left leg.
