What Causes Swelling Of Feet And Painful Blotchy Patch On Pelvis?

Im about 7 months pregnate and and have decided not to have an obgyn but now my feet are so swollen that thyre stretched and puffy and feel as if theyrw bruised all over and are even a dark blotchy color on top of my pelvis hurts very badly it feels as if ive been kicked in the front of my pelvis bone with steel toe boots my other medical problems are asma mental illness kydny problems and cervical cancer this is my 5th full term living baby and 9th pregnancy my 4miscarriages were 1st trimester losses and the only surgeries ive had are 4 c-sections and a colbladder removal should i be worried go to the hospital or just ignore the pain

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have swelling of feet and painful blotchy patch on pelvis . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to certain reasons like allergic reaction , side effect , eczema , psoriasis , seborrheic dermatitis or some medical conditions also produce such symptoms like liver disease . I would suggest you to apply cold compresses on rashes , wear loose cloths , prevent rashes from direct sunlight and take over the counter anti histamine like benadryl or zyrtec twice a day . If condition doesn't get well then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment ,who may prescribe immunosuppressants along with corticosteroid ointment . Doctor may also refer you to gastroenterologist for liver disease , who may order liver function test .
