When I woke up this morning, my feet were swelling. I never had this symptom before. What could bring on swollen feet? I talk walks daily and I m a 63 year old male. I had atent installed in my heart several years ago. I just don t know what would bring this on.
The swelling of feet could be due to number of reasons.
A weakly pumping heart can cause swelling, liver disorders, kidney disorders of even standing or walking for long hours.
Since you have has a sent inserted, it us best to get checked up by your Cardiologist to find out if your heart is getting good enough blood supply and any chance of heart disease.
Avoid stress, lifting heavy weights, prolonged standing or walking, stressful exercise.
Eat healthy. Drink enough water.
Kindly consult your Doctor as soon as possible in this regard.
