What Causes Swelling Of Lymph Node, Sore Throat And Dark Urine?

I have a swollen lymphnode in my neck for over a week, a sore throat for about 5 days (although it seems to be getting better), my urine is darker than usual and I use the restroom less than usual. I've had an on -off fever that never gets higher than 100 but last night it was 101, however this morning I believe I was back to 98. I'm a 23 y/o vegetarian female with no major health issues.

Probably you are having a virus infection (flu kind) ,
anyway due to the swollen limphnode you should take an antibiotic for 7 days.
