What Causes Swelling Of Lymph Nodes And Pain In Arm?

I have swollen lymph nodes on left side of neck, pain running down left arm from pain area under arm and pain in my left groan from a spot of sensitivity found deep up under my hip bone. Have had this for over a week. Should i get a blood test to check for cancer?
