What Causes Swelling Of Lymph Nodes In Ear?
I have a friend who is suffering from swollen lymph node under her ear for a month now. She has done the biopsy test and the result came negative. But the swell is not getting over even after lot of antibiotics. Want to consult a specialist. Need good doctors who can treat her. Age- 25years

Dear what is the size of lymphnode?? Is it tender or soft or rubbery is it single or multiple??
Common cause for it is folliculitis or stye or chalazion or pimples or carbuncle may cause lymphnode enlargement.
Tuberculosis or lymphomas also one of the cause for lymphnode enlargement.
Since when you're having above problem??
is there any injury or ear infection ??
It may need complete evaluation . But don't worry about it just keep an eye on it size( it is enlarging )or altered consistency( be among hard or rubbery) or discharging any pus through sinus please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
