What Causes Swelling Of Right Parotid Region, Webbed And Short Fingers?

a 14 tear old boy with firm, very hard swelling over right parotid region since 10 days was reported. mouth opening is very less around 1cm.. webbing of fingers seen with short & large toes.. history of inguinal abscess which was treated 5 years back.. he has difficulty in walking n bends towards his left side while walking.. what will be the diagnosis of this case????
