What Causes Swelling Of The Eyelash Area?

My name is Mark Ipenburg and 2.5 years ago i had a ptossis correction that went pretty wrong. Somehow the dokter placed my right ptosis muscle in a way that it made my eyelash dissapear. Luckelly i had another operation and its fine now, only a bit overcorrected. however my other eyelash keeps swelling. Sometimes its worse that other times. right now its pretty big and my eyeslashes are very unsymetrical because of this.
