What Causes Swelling On Arm And Face With Numbness And Tingling?

I was sleeping kind of on my stomach but more on my left side. When I woke up my right arm and face are swollen and my left side is numb and tiggly. Also hard use left arm and hand. Also my insides hurt on my left side. I am a 38 yr old female, and typing this out is taking everything I've got
