What Causes Swelling On Eyes?

hi Dr. I have swelling around both of my eyes that has persisted for more than three months. I have never had any facial swelling in my entire life. I believe that the swelling is a direct result of a eyebrow arch job that was performed. because I noticed the swelling two days after the procedure. Not only around my eyes but on my forehead. It looks like muscle, also there are indentations on both my face and forehead. The swelling is very noticeable as well as, embarrassing what can I do.
