What Causes Swelling On Foot?

hi i have something caled plantafisitis excuse the spelling,on both feet i am in so much pain i just want to cut my feet off i have done all the treatment injections pills,spent alot of money on stupid feet treatment my question is is there,anything else i can do its getting me depressed,i have had to leave work through this .
