What Causes Swelling On Hands, Eyelids And Abdomen During Periods?

hi am 25 yrs old,wt-48,ht-5.3 having swelling in hands,feet,face,eyelids and abdomen during mensus from last 7-8 months since i got married, but swelling persist from one month and becomes worse in morning and evening, feel weakness restlesness and pain in hands, lower part of legs. my blood test is normal expect i have no MPV in smear examined.my docotor says its normal.yet i am not able to understand the reason of swelling.
