What Causes Swelling On The Face And Shortness Of Breath?

I’m having swelling of my face, neck and shortness of breath, fatigue, weight gain, blood pressure goes high than drops low, I have pain in my left side, that comes and goes, I have palpitations and some shooting pains, trouble eating a large meal. I have been to a allergist, I have been tested for thyroid and Cushing. . I’m scheduled to see a cardiologist and a endocrinologist. I’m feeling like it’s a waste of time.
