What Causes Swelling On The Face While On Rexipra?

I am 57 years old man. I had a cardiac failure two years back. Recently I visited a psychiatrist, she has advised me to take Rexipra 5mg in the afternoon post lunch and etilaam 0.25 post dinner. I took it for 2 consecutive days, now my face is swollen, i am constipated find it difficult to pass urine. I am taking warfarin on a daily basis, also, antidiuretic lasix 40mg and some other medicines too. My voice is also unclear. I am feeling drowsy throughout. Should I still continue taking the anti depression tablets viz. Rexipra 5mg and etilaam 0.25 mg?

Hi,

You've been experiencing difficulty in passing urine and constipation because you've been taking Rexipra and Etilaam 0.25 together. Even your drowsiness and slurred speech are due to the fact that you've been taking these medicines together.

I suggest stop taking Etilaam and continue only with Rexipra apart from Warfarin and Lasix. I hope you will be relieved from most of the current problems. Alternatively, you can talk to your doctor regarding your symptoms.
