What Causes Swelling On The Feet And Fluctuation Blood Pressure Levels?

I have a heart attack and defibrillator as a result of aa recent heart attack. Both feet swell but mostly on the right. I take my blood pressure at least three times a day and this morning, my pressure was 138/68 later today it has gone down to 110/59. Why the fluctuations which happens quite often?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Blood pressure tends to be higher in the course of the night and early morning in many people.

The exact reason for this fluctuation is not known but it is common.

Once the pressure remains in the ranges that you have mentioned above, this is fine.

I hope this helps
