What Causes Swelling On The Lower Eyelid And Pain On The Face?

hello!
I have Rt lower eyelid swollen, Rt side of face increased in size, throbbing pane in the bone under Rt eye somethimes, sometimes parasthesia, temporal and frontal headache on Rt side, MRI done, CT done, did not find anything. Dentist did 2 root canal, took 2 antibiotic clindamycin and amoxicyllin full course, was better for few days, now is coming back what it can be? Symptoms started almost for 2 months

As per the symptoms in case if you had decayed teeth then the symptom of swelling on face and lower eyelid along with headache can be due to Cellulitis caused due to deep tooth infection while there is also a possibility that there is spread of infection leading to space infection..

In case if there is recurrence of symptoms then there is a possibility that there is recurrence of infection ..

Another common cause for such symptoms is allergic reaction that can be due to any food or medication..

I would therefore suggest you to consult an Oral Surgeon and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation has to be done..
An allergic test can help in ruling out allergies..

In case if there is infection then a course of oral and injectable antibiotics and anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen and serratiopeptidase can help..
In case of allergy anti-allergics and steroids can help..
