What Causes Swelling On The Penis After A Frenuloplasty?

I got frenuloplasty three days back. after operation, little bleeding (few drops) ocuured on first day once. Next day I changed the dressing because it was wet. Today, I removed the dressing, because of retracted skin, I saw sweling in my forskin (like baloon). But I cannot bring back my skin because of stiches. I tried to bring back but one drop blood came from the stitches so I stopped and did dressing my own to avoid further swelling. Please let me know It swelling is serious. How many days it will remain? When I can bring back my skin to original position. I also noticed that few drops urine keeps coming on its own and when I go for Urine. It spreads everywhere and not straight like earlier. Please help me.
