What Causes Swelling On The Right Side Of The Face?

I have been swelling since the 1st of September. My entire right side of my face was swollen. I was given some medication and released. Well I have gained 30 or more pounds within a month. Now my entire left side is swollen and bigger than my right side. I have tingling in my legs, feet, and hands. Most days I can not even get on a shoe. My doctor has yet to tell me anything from the tests other than I have a very low DHEA count and I need to take an over-the-counter supplement. Could I have Lupus or Edema? And what should I do to get tested for this?
