What Causes Swelling On Wrist And Burning Of Foot?

My right wrist looks swollen with mottled red skin. It burns off and on, and it almost looks like some type of vascular issue. I was rearended by a semi truck last year and my AC joint was injured. Several docs say my arm is suffereing with RSD. Now there is burning in my right foot and it gets blue when I sit down. I have physicians in my family and they are perplexed as well!
