What Causes Swelling, Pain And Discolouration In The Genital Area?

Hey Doc, I've recently noticed some slight pain and discomfort in my gentile region. it's not the testicle itself, but its more focused on the epididymis. it's slightly swollen and is tender to the touch. There is not really discoloration and there have been no bloody discharge. I'm concerned as to what it might be and if it's an emergency. Thank you.
