What Causes Swelling, Pain And Sores In Labia Minora?

Please type your query here...hi...i'm 22 years old and am having swelling in my left labia minora...it's very painful...red...also small white pimple like sores appear...i've read about vestibulitis and a certain kind of cyst and abcess that can happen but i'm just lost and it's driving me crazy...my boyfriend goes away for 20 days at a time to work so i'm not sexually active in any way...and it happens when he's gone or home...please help!
