What Causes Swelling, Pain And Tingling In Wrist After Falling?

had a slip & fall on my left waist between my rib & hip on dec 15 2013 ...side of concrete step went into my left side had xray ultrasound MSK bone scan ..all negative but still swollen & painful lot of tingling when I touch it it's 1 inch from the spine wraped around the whole left side (swollen) have any idea what it it ?
